Weekend Wanderings

May I never fail to retreat to him who is full of grace and truth, the friend that loveth at all times, who is touched with feelings of my infirmities, and can do exceedingly abundantly for me; never confine my religion to extrordianry occasions, but acknowledge thee in all my ways;

    1. Thanks, Shelly. It seemed it was time for a change. This is something I’d been wanting to do for a while, it was just hard to find the time. I miss keeping up with you too, it’s been crazy-busy around here. Will make a point of dropping by more often, I’ve been missing you and thining of you! 😉

  1. “Everything a loss” . . . yes, I pray my heart craves to know Him more each day, and that I remember nothing compares to worshipping Him. Love this, Kris. bless you this beautiful Sunday, friend!

  2. Elizabeth

    Friend, love your new digs, you beautiful way of seeing the world through your photography and your love for His word. Will thank you in advance for sharing your Allume notes with me. Trusting His timing for a IRL meet up.

    1. Thanks so much Elizabeth. I am really happy with the way this space looks, it feels right, like it suits me well. Thanks for encouraging me, and yes, YES! God knows the time, and I pray it happens this side of heaven, when we might meet. 😉 Grace to you, my faithful friend. You bless me much!

  3. Kris,

    Do I dare admit out loud that I’m not “here” yet? That I don’t actually consider everything as loss in comparison? But, oh, how I hope to one day. Lovely reminder…

    1. Me neither Robin. I know the shame of that ugly truth, that there’s still things I want more than Christ. That I can profess with my lips and yet live contrary to the truth. Praying we find all we need in Him, remembering that in Him, we have everything. Everything.

      Thanks, Robin for stopping by. Your comment encourages me–from one girl on the journey with you.
